Listed below (no specific order) are the most frequently asked questions. Contact us if you need assistance.


Do I need to make a reservation or can I just stop in for service?

Due to the number of guests and designated treatment times, it is preferred you call in advance. This provides you with a set time for service. Quality time is essential for the best outcome.


Can I book services online?

At this time, no. Please call the office and our staff will be more than happy to assist in scheduling treatment(s) and suggesting the best services.


Can I schedule multiple services at once?

Yes. If you schedule more than 3 treatments, a credit card is required to hold your reservation. For a no-show or failure to notify us in advance of a cancellation/reschedule, a 50% charge may be assessed.


What payment forms do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and local personal checks. ,
Please note, for disputed charges or returned checks, a $30.00 fee will be assessed.


What’s the customary tipping policy?

We don't have a policy. Most guests choose to leave a tip, but it’s entirely up to you.


What if I'm late for my appointment?

If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, we may cut your treatment time short to avoid disruption to other scheduled customers.


How soon should I arrive before my appointment?

5-10 minutes is suggested.


For my treatment, what should I bring?

Casual and comfortable clothing is a must. Beyond that, we'll take care of making it a relaxing experience.


What should I wear during my massage?

Again, it's really up to you. We suggest wearing comfortable clothing as all guests are in separate rooms.


What if I need to cancel my appointment?

As a courtesy, we ask that cancellations be made 24 hours in advance by calling our staff at (315) 797-4041. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or forfeiture of your gift certificate. In addition, future appointments may require a credit card on file.


What if I have a special health condition?

Please let our staff know when scheduling your appointment. It's also important to communicate any changes or additional information during your scheduled treatment.


Can I bring food with me?

Please refrain from bringing any food with you for your treatment.


What's the minimum age for treatment?

Effleurage does not provide treatment to anyone under 18 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please call us at (315) 797-4041 to discuss your specific situation and needs.


Are children allowed in the treatment rooms?

For your relaxation, children are not allowed in treatment areas.


Is there a time limit on gift certificate use?

To redeem your Effleurage gift certificate, please present to staff your order/gift confirmation details. We have no time limit on redeeming, but suggest within 12 months. If you have questions, please contact us.


Can I combine my gift certificate with a special?

Gift certificates are non-refundable and can be combined with any Effleurage specials, offers or promotions.


Can you accommodate parties and large groups?

Simply put, we can. Please call so we can coordinate your special day. It's important you call as early as possible to reserve space.
