Let's relax! Please turn off or silence your devices. It will help you relax as well as others around you. Cell phone use is not permitted in treatment areas.


Quiet Voice

Please be considerate of others receiving treatment. We ask that you use a quiet voice during your visit.


Health Status

Prior to starting treatment, please inform the staff of any health changes or medical conditions that may restrict a treatment/service.


Dress Code

Comfortable and relaxed is our approach. Please bring/wear clothing that makes you feel the most comfortable. If you have specific questions related to the treatment, please contact us.


Communication

It's important to communicate your needs and focus areas for your treatment. Please communicate any discomfort or changes with your professional.


Payments & Gratuities

All major forms of credit cards are accepted. We also accept payment via cash and personal check.

Tipping is optional and at the discretion of the guest. The suggested amount is 15-20%. Again, this is your choice.


Arrival Time

To begin your spa treatment on time, we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes ahead. This allows for a relaxed state and avoids rushing through your treatment.


Cancelling or Rescheduling

As a courtesy, if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please call us at least 24-hours in advance. A no show reservation may be assessed a charge.
